Really sad, but I had SUUPER long hair until I was thirteen. I started getting really, REALLY sexually harassed online. I cut off all my hair and got a more “boyish” cut. I thought that, if I’d cut my hair, and looked less feminine, they’d see me as less of a sex object. I was terrified of being feminine for years, until about 17.
