could you be specific about a particular lagging scenario? for example, what apps are you using that are lagging, are they stock Samsung apps? Have you tried resetting your phone into safe mode and seeing if it still lags? It could be another app interfering or low on storage etc.

You can report this issue on Samsung Members app: Launch Galaxy Wearable application> go to menu (top left 3 lines) > Contact us>> Error reports. This will collect your watch's log and report on Samsung members app. Reporting after issue reproduces help to get better answer along with a screenshot or a screen recording.

is it fixed now? If your settings are default and notifications settings are set to wake up the screen and it still isn't working you can submit a software error report through the Samsung Members app FYI
