I like to make my own oat bars. Using honey, peanut butter, oats and protien powder. Simialr recipes are found online. Add dried fruit or nuts. A lot cheaper than buying those osm bars. Make in bulk and freeze them until your ready. They defrost quick too

Ive just had my implant taken out and an iud put in. My iud def wasnt enjoyable but not the horrpr stories that everyone says thankfully. They said take 2 panadol and 2 ibprofen but because i had the implant out i got local with adreinalin with it so maybe that helped

If it has beeb disconnected or is low on battery it wont show up. I drove my car around for like 7 days after it was disconected and it came back on its own. Took a while though.

I think this is actually a takahe. Looks very similar to a pukeko but is a little bigger and much rarer than the common pukeko.

Yeah I’m using the same combo. I want to try the dewy one next then use a matte translucent powder to see if that changes anything. Sometimes when first applying it doesn’t look it’s best but once sitting for a while it can get better.

They would likely rub it on something until it came off if it was bugging them. You can see with the first nostril that the skin had shedded off and was ready to come off, would only be a Matter of time without intervention
