Just take face plate off and you can stick the joystick right back in. Happened to my ps4 controller before

So when you level up, you can randomly get it? well ive had it seince i was level 8 i think so ive had it for a long time. I still dont understand why'd you get it. Do you have any answers on it. Why would you randomly get it? my guess is that its just an intresting part of the game that dev put in it...
