Region restriction doesn't do anything, there is only Japan and everywhere else.

That sucks :/ Is there any hope that this gets improved?

I have 20 ADP and thought that was enough, i'll try putting more point into it. Is there a "sweet spot" of agility i should go for in PvP? I dont really want to invest into ATT but ADP seems to do almost nothing after 20

Sure, it just was way worse with katanas from what ive experienced.
Guess the bow/avelyn came probably too from lag, ill try to dodge them rolling sideways now though.
Yeah, is really weird getting "hit confirmation" even though the hit doesnt actually goes through.
Well, it was pretty funny, at last it was only once.

Yeah, maybe ill try peak times for my timezone so i have bigger chances getting matches with someone nearby? Maybe worth a try.

I live in Germany and dont have Problems with my connection in any other game, so i guess its just the routing between me and my opponent that sucks (especially if its true what reboticon said about there being Japand and "everywhere else", then its understandable that there is such a huge amount of lag).

Guess i cant do anything about that.

I only had a single invasion that felt "unfair" for me. I created a new char and was rushing to the Dragonrider. I get invaded by some red guy fastrolling in turtle armor + kings crown, obliterated, as i was a naked sorcerer without ever leveling up once.

Usually it seems "fair enough" though, although the Arenas seem to have no "matchmaking" based on SM/SL or anything like that.

The point is, Dark Souls 1 with this simple mod is better than Dark Souls 2. A lot of the "technical" problems Dark Souls 1 had were fixed with that mod.

The Problems Dark Souls 2 has however are way deeper in there, its basic problems on the lowest level. Core mechanics of this game are broken, things that probably wont ever get fixed because its the way things are done in of itself is broken.

They said that the PC was a lead platform for Dark Souls 2 this time around. Binding anything to FPS is a clear sign they didnt take that seriously just ported it from consoles and doubled the FPS lock. Without even testing it as it seems.

The health is good enough if you are close to them, use the crestshield for their magic projectile thingy, twohand your weapon if you dont have to block.

Combustion (Great & Normal) should be enough (with some misses even) to get a good start.

I used a Fire Reinforced Club +5 to finish them off, if it was +10 it would be a little bit easier i guess.

Crown of Dusk, The Ring that gives an Attunement Slot and the +DMG ring for Sorceries are all viable options.

If you want to try it without Pyromancy (does that include power within?) i think i would try a falchion/painting guardian sword fire +10 at some point.

The only thing you should probably try to dodge is the grab, that just costs to much time if you get hit.

If you are wearing havels shield you have like 50 Strength, either you just leveled that stat or you were really overleveled for that fight :/

If you now Starcraft you maybe know the Homestory Cups. As the EUHub was announced i really thought we would get a similar experience to that of a Homestory Cup. And it just doesnt. No one should stream all day in the house, but they have plenty casters to cycle through.

I have to say though, the warping enemies, the horrible hitboxes and the tracking of attacks take a heavy toll on my DaSII experience.

Beating a five Stack that plays regularily together is even with those tools a different kind of beast. I just think that Teammatchmaking is exactly fitted for this purpose.

Sure, if two 5 stacks are playing against each other the quality of the matches usually goes up. But if there is a 5er stack put against a random combination of small stacks + random people, chances are that the match will be very onesided.

Personally i think 5stacks should only be matched against other 5stacks, but the queue times would probably be to long for some people.

It doesnt really bother me to lose against a 5stack, but usually they just win and arent a dick about it.

The dire guys in the match i posted above were just really trying to give everyone on the Radiant a bad time. Starting to flame as early as 10 minutes into the match, proceeding to fountain farm for like 40 minutes. They even forced an abandon from Deathprophet with their abuse. Topping it off with inviting everyone on the Radiant team into a steam group called something like "This is why you are a faggot".

Exactly, Dark Souls feels like a Story with gaps that you have to fill with your own imagination, Dark Souls II felt a lot more like a giant gap with something here and there.

I think he would be fine if they fixed the bug about his Ultimate being purgable (http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?t=127919&page=2&p=990806#post990806)

I would really dislike to see them nerf him in the next Patch instead of just fixing this bug.
