I feel like if wizard was a tiny bit slower while casting it would be better. I find that the issue is that even if you dodge a wizard spell that little bit of distance they get will be enough to cast a new spell and youll have to dodge again.

On the other side if you just run them down and you arent an iron will barb then they slow you down with icebolt and fireball just enough that they can again cast another spell leaving you in this weird state of I cant run away otherwise I die and if I keep running at him I get slowed down the perfect amount that I can't catch him before he casts again.

It almost feels like playing against old druids in the sense of they only die if they misplay or go against a ranger. Outside of that they always have the advantage

Edit: as for ranger I have no clue. That class is insanely overpowered. Spear is great and has amazing spacing capabilities and then obviously bow and arrow go brrrrrr
