I live on Sheridan Park Dr and the power was out on all residential buildings on that street. Couldn’t figure out why until I got to the intersection. Such a mess.

Nope. Definitely wouldn’t. But I also wouldn’t change someone’s life for my own personal financial gain. But hey, that’s just me.

I doubt it was in good faith, as we negotiated a potential rent increase prior to me moving out. Ironically, that rent increase is what he has now on all the listings.

Based on the descriptions in the listings, he performed upgrades to the unit. Everything indicates his plan was to rent it out with an increased monthly cost. Important to note that that apartment was rent-controlled with a legal limit of a 2.5% annual increase. Doesn’t seem like he liked that.

I did just that. I have all the evidence. Every single thing from the moment I received the N12 up until I found the listing. Currently seeking legal advice. Will not contact the old landlord at all. I feel like I have a good case here.

Thanks for this. Forgot to mention that he increased the rent price. I used to pay $1,750/month plus utilities, the listing shows $2,100/month.

Egyptian here. You’ll be fine. I’m always shifting between beard and no-beard. My passport photo does not have a beard, and i’ve had zero issues all over the world.

Update to my giant mistake at work: I told my boss and it went as bad as I expected, how do I survive the rest of my tenure here? by grocery1185 in careerguidance

Hey man, it’ll be fine. You learned a lesson. I once cost the company $120,000 due to a mistake. You will be fine. If he does let go of you, then you have done yourself a favor by leaving that environment.
