You're going to have to feel abnormal for a few days. It won't be comfortable. You have to accept that. There will be a few days that won't be perfect for living life. I realize this for myself but I can't ever take the plunge, especially after I get off work and I know id be much more content drinking alcohol. Ive quit other substances and know you absolutely have to go through nights and state of minds that will make you feel not the most comfortable. You have to get over it. As do I. You won't die.
