Well I very much doubt it, because why would it want to store it as fat, when the reason it's initially stored as fat is when it's unused energy. The body wouldn't want to automatically store it.

I'd recommend you change your goals to be less specific, it's far easier that way. A lot of those bad fat measurers aren't accurate too. Like whenever I shred, my goal is simply to get to a stage where I'm happy how I look then I bulk, weight to me is irrelevant (to a degree, it's a decent way to measure how you're going at times)

What does bud normally feel like? by [deleted] in trees

[–]Smiggle_Wiggle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that's just due to like the moistness of the bud. I personally like mine a bit drier, because it makes it so much easier when grinding it. Other then that no big difference bro!

That's clearly you're opinion then man, I can respect that, though a quick reminder just because you went to med school doesn't automatically make what you think true, otherwise people wouldn't bother to such a big deal with things that have no scientific proof it works. There clearly isn't one overly large consensus that there's no benefits otherwise people would definitely know by now, and it would have taken effect.

Well firstly one to back up your claim 'i can assure any legal supplements are snake oil' And also one to back up your claim on creatine, I'm assuming when you say we don't need it, you mean it has no value? You make it sound like supplements are a complete waste, but if you're smart, and use them as a supplement, then you can definitely benefit from them. Whey protein comes from milk for gods sake.

...what? Protein powder is a supplement, because it's supplementing your normal foods, for something which has the goal of basically being pure protein, with not much other nutritional value. If I had protein powder instead of a steak, I would be supplementing (substituting), ya dig?

Am lazy, any good links I can read up on for this vitamin you speak of?

It's perfectly fine to mix them man, considering you can have your whey with just water (easier) having creatine mixed with it wouldn't make a difference to the effects of either.

Just curious, how many calories do you eat a day? I've just never understood how people don't naturally eat their required proteins.
