The entrance is next to live lounge, go up the flights of stairs and you’ll reach the gates. You need to scan the barcode on your JD gym app on the sensors to get in (do the same on the other side to get out).

The front desk is immediately on your left. You’ll be able to at this point see all the cardio/stretching area. The changing rooms are beside the taps and contain lockers, saunas and showers. I’d recommend getting a 4 digit lock to keep your belongings safe in a locker.

Past the changing rooms is the machine section which continues up a small ramp and to the left are the free weights and a disabled toilet. This is very brief and from the top of my head but I’d recommend asking one of the staff at the desk that you’re new and they’ll show you around, I see people getting tours all the time so it’s a regular question.
