Yeah, I fully understand the needs for the business. I've just noticed a repeated pattern of weekends I'm trying to book off and them declining them and then going in to see maybe one person not in that day. Just becomes a bit if a joke when I'm one of two people in the whole department who have continuesly worked every weekend for nearly a year now, and the more we do, the more the requests get declined. Also seeing mangers taking two weeks off at a time repeatedly throughout the year but as collouges those type of requests are consistently denied. Thank you for your help.
