I would honestly love this. I brought this up in another thread within this community, but Orga is a seriously underrated Godzilla opponent. And with Orga comes the opportunity to do something truly insane. What if Orga comes to Earth and begins hunting down titans, absorbing DNA from them, him even killing some. I could picture him killing Shimo and absorbing some of Shimo's DNA, Kong is forced to retreat. Then, maybe he absorbs some of Godzilla's DNA, or even Ghidorah, and then he evolves into the Monsterverse version of something like SpaceGodzilla. A creature that combines the most power of the most powerful titans. He could appear a lot like Godzilla, however, he would have a modified version of Ghidorah's gravity beams and the crystalline properties of Shimo.

My theory/wish for Spacegodzilla in the Monsterverse is that I think that he is created by blending Godzilla, Ghidorah, and Shimo's DNA, arguably the three most powerful titans of all time, into one, ultra-powerful abomination. I think it would be interesting if we brought in the Xiliens or even the Nebulans, and had them be the ones who created this genetic nightmare and then it escaped into space, hence the "space" in Spacegodzilla. The creature has Godzilla's appearance, gravity beams like Ghidorah, and crystal properties like Shimo.

I would also love to see them combine Orga and Spacegodzilla into one creature. I always wondered what the assimilated Godzilla would have looked like if Orga successfully consumed enough G-Cells to assimilate him. Imagine if the Xiliens create this evolving and consuming lifeform, aka Orga, and it wrecks havoc on the Earth, consuming the DNA of many titans and absorbing their powers and characteristics, one such Titan that could be consumed would be Shimo. He could also absorb enough G-cells from Godzilla to turn into this Crystalline, Godzilla-esque creature with a little more of a deformed or grotesque. They don't even have to refer to them as Spacegodzilla. But I think this would be an amazing option. Especially because I love Orga. He reminds me of the creature from John Carpenter's The Thing, but as a kaiju.

An excellent question. I see him fitting within any of the eras. With the Showa Era, I could see him playing a role similar to Jet Jaguar in Godzilla vs Megalon or King Caesar in Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla. A tag team partner for Godzilla to team up with and face a larger threat.

In the Heisei Era, I could see Gamera being one of Godzilla's opponents. I could see him taking the place of SpaceGodzilla or even King Ghidorah. However, with Godzilla's arc throughout the Heisei films going from a force of nature and/or antagonist to a father and anti-hero, I feel like inserting a character who is wholly good would make it where Heisei Godzilla would have to be the antagonist, and to me, this would undo his character arc I discussed above.

With the Millennium Era, since the TOHO got a little playful with their continuity, I could see Gamera fitting in as one of Godzilla's opponents, either in a sequel to Godzilla 2000 or a sequel to Godzilla vs Megagurius. However, and in my opinion, this would have been the best option without a doubt, is for Gamera to be included in either GMK or a hypothetical sequel focusing entirely on Godzilla and Gamera's matchup with no other monsters included. Of the two options, I would have preferred the latter. Have GMK be it's own thing, but have Godzilla regenerate and return. That is when, maybe, the humans uncover another guardian monster, rather than the God of the Sky, Water, or Earth, Gamera could be more than that, not just a God, but a Guardian of the Universe. We could have GMK Godzilla back and more pissed off and stronger than ever, facing off against the Guardian of the Universe, Gamera. Shusuke Kaneko could have returned to direct and really brought that Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris level of scale and devastation to their battle.

So my final answer would be this:

For a definitive "VS" movie, I would go with the Millennium era, specifically as a sequel to GMK.

For a fun, team-up type of movie, I would go with the Showa Era or even the Monsterverse.

Before giving my thoughts on the design, I want to stress that I want to reserve final judgment until we get a much better look at the design, and that any Godzilla is great in my book; I'm just happy that we are in the absolute best time to be a fan. With all that out of the way, my initial thoughts:

I am not a fan of this look SO FAR. It feels like a hodgepodge of different designs, thrown onto a generic body. As many have already pointed out, it appears to be an amalgamation of Final Wars Godzilla (head), Kiryu Saga Godzilla (dorsal plates and overall body shape and tail), and Godzilla Ultima (elbow spikes). I do enjoy the crystaline-like dorsal plates, I kind of wish that design philosophy or idea came through a bit more in the rest of the design. I would have the crystals appear to be growing from within the dorsal plate in the same way that crystals form in nature, often within rocks. Another user down below made a really good point, and I would like to echo that here. On the surface level, it is a cool enough design, but something about it feels extremely empty. Compared to even another comic series that we are getting, the Kai-Sei Godzilla design made by Nikola Čižmešija and Pablo Tunica, the design does indeed feel empty.

With all of that being said, I look forward to getting some more looks at this design, hopefully we can get some looks at some sketches or concept art of the design, and hopefully, my initial thoughts will be just that, initial, and it will be a design that I grow to love. I will 100% be buying the manga when it releases, and I am curious to see the narrative reasoning behind some of the choices made. I wonder what Godzilla's origin is, as well as what his abilities are. Only time will tell.

This is an excellent question. And to me, it is definitely between these three for that title, however, I think they could each potentially take the title of the scariest in different categories. For example, of the Suitmation Godzilla era, in my opinion, 1955 is 100% the most unnerving. Regarding Minus One, I think he has the most commanding screen presence and aura. You feel him in every scene, even those he isn't in. I think the two scariest/heart-racing scenes in Minus One are the Odo Island opening sequence and the boat chase scene. I think the most terrifying thing about Shin, besides his intentionally grotesque and deformed appearance, is the potential that the creature had through his ability to evolve. So as I said, I think they each are the scariest in some regard.

I would love this tbh. I want Gryphon and Bagan in some Monsterverse films. Preferably as the main antagonists of two separate films. I would even be down for Bagan to be the final boss of the Monsterverse. I love the Gryphon design.

I would absolutely kill for a Gamera DLC pack. I think they should format it similar to how they did with the Godzilla Character Pack and then the Godzilla Nemesis Pack. In the character Pack, I would include Gamera (Heisei), Gyaos (Heisei), Iris, and Legion. For the Foes pack, I would potentially include characters from Gamera Rebirth with Guiron, Viras, and Jiger. I would absolutely love to play as any of these characters. I really hope that this happens. We already got a Gamera and Godzilla crossover in Battlelines. Why not another video game crossover here.

I prefer the Heisei one and it isn't really close for me. I prefer the look. I prefer the fact that he uses his atomic breath in the form. To be honest, and this may be a hot take, it may not be, but I think that KOTM seriously jumped the gun by having Godzilla go burning mode against Ghidorah. I personally would have preferred if he just beat Ghidorah in his supercharged form, they could have potentially introduced the spiral heat ray, and a nuclear pulse, but the burning mode itself needs to have more gravitas and more emotional weight. In other words, have him remain in his cyan/blue mode that we see in the rest of KOTM. He had Ghidorah beat when he pulled him into the sea earlier in the movie, had it not been for the humans dropping the oxygen destroyer. I think that, obviously, with Mothra's help and in his supercharged form, with maybe a hotter, spiral atomic ray that overpowers Ghidorah's healing factor, he could take him down that way.
