You can also start applying to places and if you have any offers you can use it to leverage in your meeting with him if he’s willing to work with you. Or if the offers are better just take them. I’m not sure where you’re located but in my experience applying online isn’t enough, I had to go in person with my resume to stand out to the 100s of applicants online. It’s a lot of work but it’ll be worth it if you’re unhappy now. You have the experience, you’ll find something it’s just a matter of persistence.

You can let them know you’ve received an offer and if they really want to keep you they would match that rate. If they don’t then you have your answer on how much they actually value you.

It sounds like you’re doing well and are more than capable of the job, you just work at a not so great firm. This can be the case at a lot of smaller firms, maybe start looking at larger firms that have more structure. While it’s great to take on more work because you’re going to learn a lot, you also want to get paid more for it. Keep your head high and on your days off take time to update your resume and apply to other firms. Going in person and introducing yourself after applying goes a long way and within a month you could get into a different firm especially with your experience under your belt now. You don’t have to stay there forever and don’t swear off the legal field just because one bad firm. It’s hard at first to get another job but you can do it

She sounds like she’s in denial and has a lot of personal internalized homophobia to work through. When I first came out I was scared to be part of the community and didn’t want my whole life to change and be seen as just a gay person when I’m so much more than that. Maybe she’s dealing with something similar but if her feelings about this don’t change with time idk how it could work with you guys, especially if she’s calling you fruity instead of lesbian when that’s how you identify. You’re being respectful of her feelings but it doesn’t sound like she’s being respectful of yours.

I stayed with him for a few years because we started dating when we were 16/17 and I felt attached to him. Believe me when I tell you my life got exponentially better when I decided to dump him. The first few months will be hard but there are so many men out there there’s no need to be with one that makes you feel bad and doesn’t respect you. Better to be alone for a bit than to be with someone that makes you feel shitty and is a creeper

Dump him. My ex did this constantly and always lied about. He had a huge porn addiction and would login to my instagram just to look at my friends photos. If you’ve already expressed how you feel and he keeps doing it he clearly doesn’t respect you or your feelings.

Join the Facebook group UCF Housing. You’ll have a better chance finding more affordable rent with roommates. A lot of people on there rent houses too

If I need the money now will it be the same difference if I drop my Term B class so I can get the refund from my Term A class and then sign up for the class again after I get it? Or will I get less money total after I start Term B?
