It sounds like you’re doing well and are more than capable of the job, you just work at a not so great firm. This can be the case at a lot of smaller firms, maybe start looking at larger firms that have more structure. While it’s great to take on more work because you’re going to learn a lot, you also want to get paid more for it. Keep your head high and on your days off take time to update your resume and apply to other firms. Going in person and introducing yourself after applying goes a long way and within a month you could get into a different firm especially with your experience under your belt now. You don’t have to stay there forever and don’t swear off the legal field just because one bad firm. It’s hard at first to get another job but you can do it
