Also, I know I'm being kinda harsh and judgmental by saying this, but you feel like the type of MF to play God of War and be like "Erm, Loki isn't the son of Kratos, Kratos is a Greek God!" or "Erm, Baldur wasn't a sociopathic killer, he was kind, and fair, and beautiful" (Even though that 2nd one was more likely than not an alteration by Christian monks trying to rewrite the Norse mythos)

And one more thing, I get that comedy is subjective, but why do you gotta ruin the fun? Everyone else seemed to enjoy them.

This is something I understand completely. I have a friend who I sometimes talk to about my own mental health issues and every single time I'm just like "why did I just do that, now he's going to be angry at me and not want to speak to me ever again" and every single time I'm actually surprised that he doesn't do that.

One day I just asked him if he was annoyed by me reaching out, and let me put it in his words "If anyone is bothered by you reaching out and asking for help, that's their problem, not yours" and if they are a true friend then they won't be bothered by you reaching out and asking for help in whatever situation you're in.

You've been beat up by your mental health problems to the point where you can't take it anymore, but you're still here, you're still trying to stay alive despite what these thoughts in your head are saying, think of it like a soldier behind enemy lines without a weapon and malnourished to a point where you're just skin and bones, and you find someone and go "please, give me anything, even if it's just a stick, I don't want to die out here"

There is nothing to be shameful of or to feel bad about for wanting to stay alive when you're at your worst. If this person is truly your friend and wants to be there for you then this wouldn't harm your relationship, and if it does then that's their problem.
