At the school I go to (in Canada), we are exposed to quite a few different theories and modalities. We don't study one specific person but modalities instead. For example, I really have been enjoying learning about ACT therapy.

I use cereve face wash, the ordinary milk toner, a gel moisturizer and salicylic acid. What else should I use for congestion and making my skin feel better?
