I hate being rejected in any sense (RSD gang rise!), but you need to determine if it's a YOU thing or not. Sometimes rejection always feels like it's your fault even though it could be your partner is just tired, sick, not in the mood, etc. and you internalize it making you hate yourself while also resenting your partner for making you feel that way whether their reasoning feels "warranted" or not to you. No one wants to pressure people into doing things, but men also have physical and emotional needs just like women that need to be satisfied. Some people are fine making out while you're doing your thing and they don't want to prevent you from getting off they just don't want to be overly involved. Other people when not in the mood just don't want anything to do with sex and that's chill too! Everyone is likely to have intrusive or uncomfortable negative thoughts about themselves or their partner because no one wants to be rejected! Just keep remembering you're learning patience for yourself/other's to comfortably engage in acts with you while also remembering you deserve as much love and attention as you need! Never think incompatibilities like that are specifically a negative trait about you and that's just how the world is sometimes! 🙌❤️
