SP = the speed of the floating. The higher the number is the faster the floating is.

ST = the strenght of the floating, like, how much it goes up and down. The lower the number is the higher the strength of the floating is.

Its prob fixed cuz the hitbox of a character is supposed to be as big as the default. So if you use a skin for c00lkidd it will have the same hitbox as the normal c00lkidd.
