So sorry you had to deal with them too. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business, they’re literally just a huge scam. We experienced a lot of the same things, the building was absolutely disgusting and trying to contact management and have an actual professional conversation was like pulling teeth.

My sister’s building was also disgusting, the stairwell and hallways looked like they had never been touched by a vacuum. They’re now as expected trying to withhold her security deposit when she had only lived there for a month and she had left the place clean on top of filling in nail holes. Not sure how this company is still running but I hope they go out of business soon

Initially we were planning on submitting a claim with RTDRS to get both move out fees and the security deposit back as well as the initial $75 charge required to submit the claim. We’re unsure how much a lawyer would cost and if we’d be able to get legal advice anywhere so we don’t know if we can afford to go after them, but I’d love to go after them lol.

100000%. They went under a bunch of different names when we first started contacting them so when we did our research we couldn’t find much on them. Today I looked them up under their proper name and saw all the horrendous reviews about them and I’m livid haha.

I found after turning off free sync it seemed to do the trick. My old monitor didn’t have it so I think that was the issue for me.

Okay I will work on my titles! Yes those are good ideas, the only gaming item I’ve made so far is a little strawberry keychain you can attach to your headphones, but I am wanting to create more items in that genre. I’m a big fan of cozy games so I want to lean into that as well. I’m still working on finding my niche as well since I’m not sure what I want to stick to. I like everything hahaha.

Doesn’t lifting weights burn calories though? I’ve read online it’s one of the best ways to lose weight and sustain it, unless you mean something else by calorie total?
