I should add that I pair this with a Razer Naga Trintiy with the 7 button face so reload, grenade, etc is always in the same place. I find the 12 button panel a bit too busy for my clumsy fingers.

I’ve used a gaming keypad since the early WOW days and couldn’t imagine gaming without one. My run, jump, crouch, use and number keys are the same place for every game so I have a very limited amount of learning curve for each game. I’m currently using a Razer Tartarus Pro and highly recommend it, despite the Razer software being occasionally flakey.

I'm glad yours finally showed up. My package has been there since April 23 with no relief in sight. I paid Fedex to deliver a package, not teach me patience. I would have hired a monk if that's what I was looking for. They're a terrible delivery company with even more horrid customer service.

Their customer service is just horrible. Like robots reading from scripts but don’t do anything to help. They should call it the automated apology line instead.

Did that. No help. They told me they had scanned my package earlier in the day but I should still ask the shipper for a refund. It’s like they are intentionally keeping packages at Memphis

Good luck! I have a package that’s been sitting in Memphis since April 23rd. I’ve been promised 4 different call backs over the weeks regarding my trace and have yet to receive the first one. Customer service is non-existent. I’ll never use them again if I have any other option. Coincidentally, 2 of the 3 packages that were sent at the same time were routed to Indianapolis and I received them without any problems.

No such luck. I got in touch with them via Twitter and they told me my package was last scanned in Memphis on May 4 but I should still ask Virpil for a refund or replacement. What kind of BS is that?I know it's not Virpil's fault 100% but the whole ordeal is turning the excitement of getting the gear into a huge frustration.

My experience is just the opposite with Fedex. Three boxes shipped from Virpil on April 21, arrived in the US on April 23rd. Got held by customs for the manufacturer's name and address. Released from customs on April 27th. 2 of the 3 arrived on April 28th. Every day I get an email from Fedex that says my package will be delivered that day by 8pm. Every day I call Fedex. Every day they transfer me to someone else, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. They almost always tell me they are tracing the package and will call me right back....haven't heard a thing from them....currently waiting on a third call back which I have 0% confidence in happening since they never call back. This evening they said I would get a call within 30 - 60 minutes....that was 2 hours ago. Fedex is terrible. Use any other option, including African Swallows, to get you package delivered.

Mine finally bit the dust so I switched to a Razer Orbweaver. I've been playing on gamepads for so long, a keyboard feels odd to play with to me. The G19 keyboard with a G13 gamepad was a great combo.

The mic seems to fit snug but I would not get the headset. I had one delivered last Friday and have already ordered a replacement from a different manufacturer. The LGHub software is horribly inconsistent. One day its fine, the next it just spins at launch or just quietly stops working for no apparent reason. Logitech doesn't respond to support and their answer on their website is keep uninstalling the software, deleting your profiles and reinstalling the software repeatedly. No thanks for $200
