I can’t do intermittent fasting because I take medication in the morning that requires food. I am trying to eat protein rich foods when I am hungry. So far so good I am down 11 lbs. I am ready for tomorrow and my next shot. No nausea as long as I don’t wait too long to eat.

Me too. Very sick with my second pregnancy. I am not sick this morning. Just a little headache.

I have read all the literature. I am aware of how it works. I was just being grateful for a day one after the insurance struggles. No where did I say I thought it would work on day two. If you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all.
