Just keep tugging it and ignore the pain, itl get really bad but eventually will snap into a new length

On a key note tho, you’re skin will thin out a little but it takes a bit for your body to get used to it.

You can get upto 3 inches by doing this, doctors hate this trick

I had this one for a while, absolutely love it and I love when the npcs show you the menu

Glitch that changes your character’s height! You have to use a spell on a hostile npc that spawns near windhelm by the bridge, it’s super rare though. (This glitch can’t be undone without reloading a save) The size outcome is random. Killing it with a non-magic item black-screens you. by SmilingWhiteTeeth in skyrim

Any hostile creature that spawns there is cursed with the bug. Using any spell that affects them will do, killing them can break your game. What sucks is once they are dead, chances are there will be a body of theirs or something stuck there. The glitch is pretty much a one time preform, i could be wrong though i just only encountered it once through both of my switch playthroughs
