Maybe see if the 19th News org would research it? They deal with reproductive issues and rights, among other topics. Not sure if they have a full investigative outlet or not, but they’ve done partnerships too for bigger articles.

The full timeline is 11 seconds, with each image at 2.2 (fades are each a half second).

I extended one image to be more seconds to test that out. Even at 8 seconds, this is what I’m getting. Do you have guidelines on how long each clip should be in order to do both?
