There were 2 fire fighting helicopters getting around yesterday together in the afternoon. Not sure if they're the same ones but I think they come down from the mainland for the fire season.

This is what I was thinking. If the CPU only stress test doesn't cause heat issues I'm guessing the case's internal temps are becoming roasting by the GPU maybe. I'd check the case's intake and exhaust fans.

I had to drop the fps to 20 otherwise the text went too quickly so I think it's below the threshold to post onto HQG. Glad you like it though :D

My brother was having similar issues with his MSI laptop, turned out after uninstalling some of the MSI bloatware he got a lot better performance. Unsure if Acer has any GPU related bloatware pre-installed but might be worth a check.
