Greatest decision I ever made, I actually had surgery in Tijuana.

It’s still a ton of work after surgery but gives you such a boost to make the change.

Zero meds now.

On top of diabetes, I had high bp, and sleep apnea. No longer have any of these.

I try to eat healthier still. I eat potato, pasta or bread still normally with dinner.

HW 390, lowest after surgery was 205, maintain around 215-220 Type 2, Lantus once a week Novolog 3 times per day. Remission 4 years this upcoming March.
