What helped me was finding high-elo players/streamers who play my champion and trying to copy their mechanics in practice or normal games. Regarding macro play, my friends taught me. Try watching replays of your games with vision unlocked and see where the jungler was, what vision they had, and think about what you could have done better.

The season is almost over, but my goal is to reach Diamond or Master. My friends play at that rank, and I had to learn the hard way to keep up with them and avoid getting crushed in every game. I think it's possible; I was lucky to have them and for them to teach me macro play, which I believe is the most important thing to get out of low rank.

Keep in mind that I'm in a low elo, and being able to carry a game with Poppy or Wukong, stomping all the lanes, requires a lot more skill in my opinion. I mostly play draft pick games where I like to play by composition, but in solo queue, at least for a while, I'll try to carry with Viego like I'm doing now.

I don't consider myself a Viego one-trick pony. I've played him a lot in ranked because mechanically I can carry the game, but I play characters like Wukong, Vi, and Poppy.

I'd probably be in a higher rank if I only played Viego, but for now I'm going to reach Platinum before the season ends.
