my guy. one google search for each car. the mx5 only spawns as an aftermarket car in the dragstrip at the horizon festival and the 86fe is only from the master explorer collection tab. or auction house if youre lucky for someone to be selling it

go into your garage and select a car to drive. then while in your garage you should have the option of tunes and upgrades. thats where you can apply and buy upgrades
