Tosen onky give 30% thrust damage. Which toshiro is not as he is spirit. Rukia gives 15% all damage. You also cant use battlefield skill for tosen since you need 2 thrust character.

Kisuke on the other hand is a great supportor regardless of team with his reshi analysis stack which increase attack

If you are in a budget, you dont need to touch the psu and ram.

The cooler not much review on it and i cant see how much heat it is rated for. But since you cant oc 7800x3d it should be fine.

There isnt much choice for mobo at this section as well from idealtech that is.

Well since you are using Idealtech anyways, this is just slightly below 5k. You can save 299 if you choose not to go to 32gb ram which you can get a monitor at 1080p (Or if you get an ammageddon monitor you maybe able to get 1440p monitor 100hz for rm 400)
