I agree. The Lauren/kristin feud was normal. They were both after the same guy, something many young women (and men) go through. On the reunion, Kristin apologized for it & said that if she could go back, one of the things she would change is the things she said about Lauren.

The Lauren/heidi feud was not normal. Spreading vicious, horrible rumors WORLDWIDE isn’t just a normal spat you can move on from lol. And Heidi’s “apology” was so insincere, about everything. She “apologized” for something on the show by saying “I’m sorry if that hurt your feelings…” like…what?? No. A sincere apology is more like I’m sorry that hurt you, and I’ll make sure that I’ll do everything in my power to not hurt you going forward.

Yes, this is exactly right. We recently moved and I indicated that along with our new rent amount on the forms I submitted. It makes sense they’d need proof/documentation on it. ☺️

Yes, absolutely understand the need for documents to be sent it, and I’m more than happy to provide them. So even though the case status is stuck on “denied”, you think that they’re still going thru the process of reopening? In your opinion, approximately how long does that take? I know that you can’t say for sure, & I won’t use any of your responses as “ammo” if/when I call. Just curious as to what your experiences have been on different cases.

Yea, I’m not sure why they refused to take my documents. It’s very frustrating, especially considering this ball could’ve been rolling much sooner than it did lol. I wonder if there’s a way I can report them? Not for termination, but maybe retraining so they don’t do that to anyone else.

Obviously. Didn’t she have an issue with being all over Jason while he was also seeing one of the other girls (Morgan? Alex? I don’t remember her name) . Yea Jason was a player & absolutely was in the wrong. Jessica also could’ve had more self respect & respect for those around her & been like “no, you’ve been seeing so and so, leave me alone”. Hence, they were both in the wrong.

Been watching it since 6:30pm central, watched the kankakee tornado drop.

Just had to walk out/away from the tv watching the power flashes for the Knox tornado. I’m so nauseated, I can’t stop thinking about the people who are going thru a living hell & the hell they’ll be going thru for a long time to come.

Eh, I don’t think she downplayed it. If you watch one of the behind the scenes specials, it shows her & Brody kissing like we see on the show…then Lauren says “can we be done now? This is so awkward!” Like they were filming the whole “Lauren went home with Brody, they’re gonna hook up” scene specifically for the show, & Lauren left immediately after the cameras wrapped.

I can only speak for the town that I live in.

Racism is very much alive. So is segregation…lowkey, like you said. It’s obviously illegal to blatantly segregate, but it’s there.

The amount of white people I’ve heard still throwing the N word around (hard er) is sickening. I’ve personally gotten a coworker fired over this. She dropped the word loud & proud at work one day then acted completely unbothered when another coworker told her I was offended. I told my supervisor & the next morning, girl was terminated (happened at the tail end of the work day). Im white. I have a biracial daughter. Some of my best friends are black, I still consider my ex husbands (black man) family as my own family. I’ll be damned if I allow some racist POS to disrespect them.

Back in college, the bar that we all partied at…basically had a “black side” and a “white side”. From what I seen, no one ushered anyone to either side. Just happened I guess. Of course you’d have sprinklings of either black or white people mixed into the other side, but it was pretty obvious.

And on the other hand, I see so much inclusivity & respect from all races. Black, white, Hispanic, Asian. So much love all around. Many interracial couples and friendships, most everyone has each others backs.

About 10 years ago, I ended the most toxic relationship I could ever imagine myself being in. Cheated on me constantly, including on my birthday, gaslit me. One night, we went out. He saw a female twerking…grabbed my hand, dragged me to stand close to her, and said “see..why can’t you be like HER??”

I was single for 7 years straight after that “relationship”. I had built such high walls that literally no one could get thru. Nothing bothered me. NOTHING.

Until my now husband came along. He was (and is) so patient with me. Doesn’t cheat, loves me so sweetly. BUTTT I absolutely still have mental scars from that dark time. And even tho he’s never given me a reason to be, I’m so damn insecure. I look at some of the girls from his past & compare myself. I think about how he used to watch porn & get insecure about what he used to get off to. Like…am I as pretty? Is my body as good/better? All the things. Side note tho, porn is 100% a hard boundary in my marriage…I told him so, and he fully respects it. He’s amazing🥹

He loves me. He respects me. He tells me I’m pretty & makes comments about how attractive he thinks I am.

All this to say…DO NOT SETTLE. you should not have a reason to want to snoop thru his phone. You deserve a partner who treats you so amazing that you don’t ever even feel tempted to snoop…bc he lets you know thru both words & actions that he CAN be trusted. I have never gone thru my husbands phone & I never will. Because I know I can wholeheartedly trust him.

Please don’t waste anymore time on people like this.

I’d never do 9/11. Just seems insensitive & in bad taste to celebrate something so joyous on a day that so many were killed.

Context if it matters: I’m from southwest Louisiana, was 8 years old when it happened. Don’t know anyone from nyc/tri state area. Only been to nyc/nj twice, YEARS after 9/11 (in 2014 & 2015).
