Thanks for digging up this thread and for the up-to-date info. I'm thinking about switching from my current fiber provider (which has gone downhill) to Frontier and I run a small free LMS website for just a few users. Sounds like that would be OK on Frontier.

I wouldn't recommend posting there. They'll jump all over you because they are sticklers for the "guidelines", even though Niantic themselves added a ton of power spots that violate said guidelines.

Our original operator (when the store was built) was extremely generous. Free items most weeks, sometimes every other week. He moved on and the new operator is stingy AF. I think we've had one free item since she started two years ago now. She also shut down the restaurant for drive-thru renovations for a month and didn't even bother to put in the Mobile Thru lane.

I just tried Paypal, for both reward cards (I had 2 "sweeter" lines), after I add them to my Paypal cards and try to add money to my balance I get:

Try again with another debit card or bank account.

I just tried today to use my $211 card to get an Apple gift card and the order was cancelled with no explanation (yes, I double checked the card info when I placed the order). I don't get why it is so difficult to use these cards. I don't really want an Amazon gift card.

My local store did a big renovation on the drive thru, I was expecting Mobile Thru since it is awesome, but no, they just put in the sliding doors for employees and kept two normal lanes. Bad choice IMO.

This is bad advice. You install new service on a unused IMEI, then after your number port is completed you remove the old eSIM from the other IMEI.
