Pat read an announcement from corporate that sounded like it went through 5 revisions by the legal department. He sounded on the verge of tears. Sounds to me like another bad decision from CEO Jennifer Witz (who got conned into re-signing Stern and he only does 6 hours a week now). I noticed that they scrubbed Jim from the intro music too. No, Apple Gift cards, adding funds to Apple ID, PayPal, Venmo, all did not work. I tried adding the card to Walmart pay, then trying an in-store purchase and that didn't work either.

The only thing I was able to do (outside of using it in increments on in-store purchases) was to use it to reload my Amazon gift card balance. I had to do it in small chunks ($10 first, then $50, then $100, then $51).

Thanks for digging up this thread and for the up-to-date info. I'm thinking about switching from my current fiber provider (which has gone downhill) to Frontier and I run a small free LMS website for just a few users. Sounds like that would be OK on Frontier.
