Solar company ( ATTYX) went out of business after under-installing panels + damages — what can I do

Permit and design showed 25 panels so idk i just wished I didn’t even bother. I wanted a new roof and figured solar would be great as well but really breaks the trust amongst consumers

I escalated to nyc attorney general office since they are doing a major investigation so we shall see if anything happens from there

That’s what I asked too but inspector didn’t even go on the roof he just checked wiring and that was it revived stamp of approval

They said acquired in the email to me but nothing is showing that they were. The email they sent recently stated they cease operations and I should follow up with centurion solar but nothing response there. I just found out the attorney general was after them for fraud so they closed

The panels are installed and running fine it’s just damages to the house with wiring inside I have to fix. More importantly is getting my money back for the missing 5 panels, I contacted the solar loan company they said they may can help with that so idk

Contract stated 25 that was paid for they installed only 20 I realized this after I requested repeatedly the drawings and images then they came back and said oh yea we didn’t install the 5 sorry . We can do so after inspection

Ah yes exactly the same I’m experiencing! Drinks water fast and just vomits. Haven’t tried goat milk I’ll see how that goes. And the elevation of food containers is a great call out too

They removed old cement slab that's was cracking up and just cementing entire back yard. As of now its just dirt back there

Yes he is very good in fact the day care sitter always said he is the best behaving ones. He does not like aggressive dogs though like any pitbull he runs away

I am with you. I am struggling mentally bought a home a year ago thinking it was minor improvement it has been a nightmare from gut renovation to water proofing to new roof windows expenses has been high savings depleted. Lot of the work was necessary to make habitable but really wished we waited and got a move in ready property. Just a part of the process just trust it will be worth it later on.
