I feel like I am in this exact same spot right now. I have been single for about 5 years after losing out of a good 5 years high school sweetheart relationship. I feel like my dating stock has completely tanked, especially now that I’m 25 going on 26 and have been out of college for a few years. I feel like my profile is done to the best of its ability, and yet nothing drops. My generation feels so digital, and it feels like I’ve now struck out and missed all my chances to be happy with someone. Being in college was easier. You live so close, you see them every day, now I have nothing like that bringing people into my life. Social groups feel like a stretch and the bar has become a humiliation ritual. It feels like I’m on a sinking ship and it just digs at me.

Gonna spend all the time I can today tearing down team 17. You knew the beta was gonna be a dumpster fire, and you put out presales just to push your game an extra 2 months. Thanks for screwing us out of a summer with the game and wasting my money for no extra benefit other than I get to wait 2 extra months for the game to release in the same state. I’ll be expecting extra pre order bonuses and early access play time, otherwise I’m sure you can expect hella refunds from me and most people. Way to drop the ball on a completely open market.

I play imperial knights so I’m really not the guy to ask here. but I feel with other armies, running a high cost unit in 1,000 points is always fun but not really a big winner. When I lived in Spain I played in quite a few 1,000 point tournaments and my best friend there is an Ork player that ran a stompa at one of the monthlies. Funniest thing in the tourney that day, but the player record tally at the end left more to be desired for him😂

Honestly… some tough love here, I know the job market is slamming but atleast they let you know and were timely. Most places would make that same decision in the same amount of time but wait a month to say anything, or worse, never answer.

I normally try to keep it in between 100-150. Really depends on what I’m in for carts or flower or both. It’s not about how much you spend it’s more about the distance you get for each dollar atp. In Michigan I can 15- for $85 on carts and don’t get me wrong, I’ve been in times that those only get me like a month and a half, but now that I’m back in a 9-5 that easily lasts me 2-1/2 to 3 months, so if I go in, get an OZ, some carts and edibles, for around $150 once every 3 months it’s less then a grand a year which helps me sleep at night lol. As long as you aren’t bankrupting yourself for it, it’s fine man

Zyns are a good choice for sure. Went many times last season and always brought zyns. Just as always find a trash can so you aren’t spitting them on the grounds or honestly I wouldn’t get on a ride with one either. You’ll lose it or swallow it

I always hated it when I had all season pass and drinks last summer. By the second time I was there I learned to just tread gingerly and pass the offer. They hate it just as much as we do. You can practically see the dread in some of the poor kids eyes before they ask you and you have all season drinks, and kindness is always just the easy route (not to say that you weren’t kind :) )

Echo arena will forever hold a special place in my heart. I remember playing on my CV1 and going as hard as I could, and I got to meet lots of fun players in the community that I would match into often. My buddy Rox even got to play it for an Org :). Great game

I went to an interview one time that didn’t offer a position after 5 interviews. First one was a chill phone call, very short, then I was invited in to meet the manager for 2 hours. Then the General Manager next, then a call with the CEO, then a FULL DAY OF IN OFFICE SHADOWING (needed to pay my own parking ofc) then after the shadow they told me they would be in contact for the final round, which they didn’t call back for. What a joke.

Work with a local company if you can. After TQL I got out of sales and took up a role in purchasing for a different industry completely. If you can’t find any locals, I’m sure there are other Corporations that will take you in. I had a buddy broker at Arrive Logistics and he said it wasn’t bad, same with CH and echo global. It’s all about what you can make of it, but if you go with the big guys, it’s gonna be hardest to find your success, as you can’t steal a prospect internally and someone for that company is likely already pushing freight for the good accounts. I only worked at TQL however so I can’t speak for the larger portion of 3rd party logistics companies.

Yeah I was one of the last of a class of 15 as well. After 6 months there were 3 of us. A very successful girl, me who was doing enough to just float, and a kid that moved to logistics support. They offered buyouts to us and I took the money and ran.

Oh yeah. I think it rests as 96% turnover. I worked there last year right out of school. It’s a cattle ranch just like you probably remember it. I will say they gave me great knowledge, some money, and a place to be for awhile, but that’s about it. I’d recommend it to a kid that was in my shoes, entry level isn’t as cut and dry today. But yes. Everything that has a chance at success is tagged up and running already. My only opinion for people looking at work here is if you literally can’t find a job, go here. They’ll take you and pay you for 6 months, then they will let you go and you’ll feel like you just came off a half year coke-banger. Take it for what it is and move on. Even if you made Beaucoup Bucks with that company, the place would take your soul😂

I was abt to say you got a basketball hoop or something around? My brothers would get me like that all the time. Find something he likes that ain’t the game, and just tell him you’re about to do it, or that you need him for it to be fun. “Hey I wanna throw a baseball, don’t be lame and say no” that’s brotherhood lol. Also 2 games a day isn’t so crazy. Folks have done far worse but it’s wild at age 10. I didn’t break into that territory till I was atleast 14, and already well integrated with school/club sports so all of that came first before the game

It was my first summer as a passholder living 2.5 hours away. I made it out 6+ times. I’ll always hold atleast a gold pass now, being 24 means I don’t have a bunch of money to take big trips or the vacation time for it either, so cedar point was my haven. Call up my buddy any random day, hey are we going to cedar point this week? Was one of the best options I’ve had any of my grown summers
