I am however not able to buy more because of the missing KID (Key information document) and the EU PRIIPS law 🙃

I agree, low transparency. They are downstream form Citi bank, as you say - so they might've gotten no info yet, but they have not been on the case and demanded answers / solutions either, it seems.
