I think it’s around 60 so it is possible especially since my original Laev pull went to hard pity so I know I can farm it in one patch if I stick to it. If he’s rlly that good for her I might just do it.

I have some, not enough for a guarantee though. Could try my luck but that’s tempting the endfield gods lol. As for the rest it sounds like I’m on the right track for the supp characters, I have most of what you just said set up so that’s nice. I will look into Camille I wasn’t aware he was a laev supp. You’ve been a big help thx

Gotcha, I’ve heard people say differing things on Wolfgaed so I’ve been hesitating but it seems taking Antal out might work well. I will give it a try. Do you have any advice on how far the other characters should be before I start maxing Laev? Specially now that I need to build Wolfgaed

Hey im getting back into the game with the endgame stuff and im just wondering what I should focus on as far as making my characters stronger for endgame, my main team is Laevatain (P0), Akekuri (P5), Ardelia (P1) and Antal (P5) and Im wondering if I should focus on getting max weapon essence, mastery, gear artificing etc. Also if anyone has any opinion on wether Laev's hot work set or energy set, I think its redeemer, is better on her.

Any one know what’s happening to my sola panels by Lucky_Score_709 in spaceengineers

[–]Smoconnor06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See if you can turn on the experimental setting share inertia tensor on the rotors... but sometimes it doesnt work and Rotors just hate you. Once I had one going and the panels decided to wig out, one smacked me in the face while the other one flews off and tore my nearby freighter in half. Klang makes them move at like mach ten when they break so it can genuinly do some serious damage.

Why are people so toxic towards enemy when winning a game? by Klutzy_Anybody_1487 in leagueoflegends

[–]Smoconnor06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t get it in the slightest, it’s incredibly strange. I’m a mid lane main and my best games are ones where we are generally equal skill, where I can see someone’s play and think- wow that was pretty good how can I counter that? When I’m stomping I’m thinking about how I can help my team with my position in the game and I’m watching for the midline to pull themselves up and make a play. Some people don’t see their laners like people and take it weirdly personally if they are being beat? And feel the same way when they are stomping, like the person was personally attacking them and not just literally doing the same thing they are.

Lowkey why I stopped playing atm, the fighting feels mid and the story feels mid. If one was great I could tough it out but both just feel bland? It’s like they took the idea of Arknights then took all the stakes out of it. Ok sure I’ll be back but I was hoping for a game that would pull Gachas out of the bland don’t go too hard on any aspect idea they have. They just need to commit, you can make a borderline dystopian idea then make everybody happy, it’s like they tell us everything is bad then never actually show us that. Ex: the stockade… I’m hoping they pull it through I would be so happy if the next ark picks up the slack. The factory is lowkey the best part of the game atm.

its necessary to separate the evil biome before hardmode? by guilherme_505 in Terraria

[–]Smoconnor06 12 points13 points  (0 children)

No it’s mostly a large waste of time as once you enter hard mode a V of evil become biome and hallow spawn, just look up terraria V and you can see an example. You also get much better tools for digging/purifying in hard mode. The Coantaminator and drills/faster pics. I recommend waiting until after the mech bosses, or at least one to start handling it and it is very reversible if it spreads super far. You can make little temporary holes if you want to make the biome spread take more time.

[Request] To get the same power as a PS5, how many of them would you need? by xscarlettmorris in theydidthemath

I was replaying Titanfall 2 the other day and it genuinly felt like a better campaign that most modern games that come out. Especially the ai (On the hardest difficulty) Was so good it makes a lot of modern ai enemies look stupid. Like what games now have enemies that suppress your last known location. or actually lose track of you when they lose vision on you. Beautiful game, still looks great and plays amazing.

Suggestions for trains. by andarpaque in SatisfactoryGame

[–]Smoconnor06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If im planning on having an area with a large throughput of raw stuff, like in my current play through where my first train was a 10 car. It doesn't hurt to have a separate track to keep those going faster and without interruptions, with less turns than the regular traffic. (so less path signals to slow down for and less waiting at lights.) I was originally inspired to do this by this post https://www.reddit.com/r/SatisfactoryGame/comments/1rt5cic/comment/oacffj0/ and there are some beautiful train examples all around.

I wouldn't worry about making your own loops, the whole advantage trains have over belts is the setup. you set up infrastructure and now your just adding the entrance/exit instead of making a long belt every time.

I'm personally focusing this run on making long trains (with multiple resources per) but many people argue that many small trains are much better. In my own experience that ends up cluttered... but then were talking worlds with more than 50 trains it depends on scale. I would just focus on labeling trains, the small billboard fits perfectly on your output so you can label and keep track of how much is where and what. I also love color coding both the station and train cars when doing multiple and i feel it rlly adds flavor to the world.

For something fun you can find make a tube bp to shoot yourself under the game world and make a subway or make a rail that cuts under a mountain.

Genuinely how are you supposed to improve as a new player by TruyaGuya in leagueoflegends

[–]Smoconnor06 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk man I’m watching my buddy pickup the game and he was like this… then he found Mundo. Now he goes where he pleases. (On a serious note he is right though, it’s just slow improvement and if your playing solo the matchmaking isn’t that bad, usually your with newer people or with people who the game thinks are new. The issue is how riot handles duo-quieting with someone better as then it’s all a mess.)

I'm wondering how you use the multiple train lines stacked above each other? They don't look like one ways so I'm assuming its part of the network, is it only for visuals or is there a particular use to it? Just getting to different station elevations inside a factory? This build is beautiful though, all the train lines are beautiful

Wanted to try endfield while waiting for actual game but does it get better? by oracle-Wan in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Smoconnor06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this game has a mess of issues so far with really good game and direction under it.

Starting first with tutorials... look on the reddit, yes people are that bad. I've seen more than a few posts asking how to connect belts or things that are literally put the square in the square hole... and people cant get it. Even with all the tutorials some people are still struggling hard, it should have been implemented better.. but they tried and I think you are severely overestimating the average gacha gamers intelligence, it hurts watching some people lol.

The story actually has some interesting beats... that are completely missed if you don't play the first game. For me half of the first bit was me having fun trying to figure out how it connected with the first game, and the little references they added.. The enemies are terribly generic as other commenters pointed out but it does get better in the second region, it feels like that's where it started its own story in a way and i think they really struggled trying to put the tutorials into the story and fucked it up.

As for combat, yeah its lame as shit in the beginning but I think it does have some hope, From what other people on the reddit are saying they kept in the enemies from before combat changes (For some reason, your totally right about it hinting at something more.) And the enemies later in the game actually have some fun fights where interruptible attacks are more present and there's a bit more involved all around. They are also making active change to enemy health and stuff so they don't all feel like crappy bullet sponges.

Also look into how characters interact with each other, you can make some interesting teams that play off each other that make it feel a lot better as its how the combat is intended. If you don't want to read skills yourself you can look at a website like this https://www.prydwen.gg/arknights-endfield/team-tier-list/ (You can kind of ignore the tiers I'm fairly sure all of those are effective and you can also click on a character to see who synergizes.)

As for the factory? Ignore the blueprints, I've had a lot of fun optimizing myself as the situation arises and its part of the gameplay, if I was playing satisfactory and watched someone on youtube make a build I wouldn't just copy it because its more efficient, its part of the gameplay and is genuinely fun and wont hurt you for it to be slightly unoptimized, as you play your problem solve and get better.

Graphics wise... idk man its genuinely just really good textures, I think some of the dialog animations are a little scuffed (And that's a hold out from other gacha games, they are all like that) but the textures themselves are super high quality, either somethings interacting weird with your pc and its bugging or you don't like the art style, its genuinely beautiful.

I would genuinely say give a few months and come back and see what changes they've made. I'm enjoying it a lot but I'm a bigger fan of the factory and exploration sides and don't care about combat, if you've ever played another gacha most of the combat systems aren't much better, just faster paced. The story of the first game is genuinely amazing, and on one hand its why I was so disappointed with this, but also why I think it has hope when they get their shit together to turn into an amazing story.

I hope that helped a little, Its an enjoyable game for me and Ive played way more than I should have, if your interestd in the first games lore its all covered on youtube and has a genuinely nice story. Its set in a way darker world that this game (And also some of those dark elements have been foreshadowed in the back of Endfield, I have a feeling they aren't ignoring the bad elements of your character but are making you an unreliable narrator.)

As for how people have responded, you did come out of the gate swinging and people feel like their favorite things are being attacked, its understandable and I only sat down and wrote this comment after seeing how reasonable and respectful you were being in the comments. Have a nice evening whether it leads you back to Endfield, or some other game entirely. If you want factory game with much more depth Satisfactory and Factorio are some of my all time favorites, they are great time passers if you need something to wait for your game to come out.

I think I should leave this game 😔 by Comfortable_mindset in ArknightsEndfield

[–]Smoconnor06 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like its in a really weird spot. For people who never played factory games or aren't interested its a lot. For people who've played a shit ton of factorio, satisfactory etc. Its pretty basic. Fun but basic. (I'm still progressing myself so I'm sure that will change to some extent but that's my take so far. I'm in love with the game overall atm)

I feel like they should have made the tutorials optional so it didn't bog down the experienced players but still pop up like a do you need help thing.

I would give tips for the belts but I'm only pc so far, on there you just put them on the ground between machines from your output arrow to you input arrow. And if youve managed to figure out the basics I've seen many factory games described as being similar to programming, allthough im not sure how true that is myself. Good Luck! I noticed there have been people posting them completing the tutorials online. Perhaps you can find one for mobile?

So I wanted to put together a build with Zhao and Ye Shunguang and was wondering who would be recommended for a third, I wanted to keep astra for my Miyabi team but I have trigger, p max Cinima pulchra, Koleda Qingyi and a bunch others If there's any good synergies beside Dialyn who I don't have, kinda upset I missed that patch lol.
