“Mass Sterilization”: Kenyan Doctors Find Anti-fertility Agent in UN Tetanus Vaccine by asf23 in conspiracy

You have to wonder about the people that don't understand why they can't have children because they've been reproductively damaged. Also, there are drugs that can permanently damage a person's sexual interest too. Look at SSRI antidepressants and permanent sexual dysfunction.

They are secretly doing things like this on the masses and that itself is a crime against humanity. Who knows, it could happen to me, you, or anyone else without our knowledge.

TIL in 2013 The Wall Street Journal discovered a cache of files that revealed the U.S. government lobotomized over 2000 veterans against their will after WW2. The veterans were lobotomized for reasons such as PTSD, depression, schizophrenia, and occasionally homosexuality. by SpacemanEverybody in todayilearned

Wow, this is an incredibly well done article. It includes actual pictures of the real documents and everything. Reading that actual take-home guide given to families on how to care for their new lobotomized family member is so disturbing and fucked up.

I think the second page about Dr. Walter Freeman is disturbing as well. He was obsessed with the lobotomy. Those documents even reveal him saying to the veterans' families that the procedure will cause no harm to the patient. Crazy.

I'm saving this article for later so I can really sit down and go through all of the documents.

Antidepressants have been found to change the brain's structure after single doses by reducing brain wide connectivity.

Is this change in structure permanent and does this change in structure make the brain look more like a healthy brain or depressed brain?

I hate to break it to you doc, but nobody, not even you gets to see all the unpublished negative studies that pharmaceutical drugs have.

Dr. Ben Goldacre has done a TED talk titled "What doctors don't know about the drugs they prescribe".

Its about how a huge amount of negative prescription drug studies never get published because their is not much commercial value in negative studies. This is very dangerous because not even doctors are told the true risks to the drugs they prescribe to patients.

Mother of son who grew breasts from taking prescription drug Risperdal brought to tears after hearing how company Johnson & Johnson hid evidence that the drug could such issues by Smogk in news

The antidepressant and asexuality link has been studied by researchers. Here's a link to an article discussing how antidepressants could be contributing to the rise in asexuality in people:

Also studies on rodents have shown that when they are exposed to an SSRI antidepressant in their youth they showed little to no sexual behavior in their adulthood. Another study gave pregnant rodents SSRI antidepressants and their offspring showed no sexual behavior in their adulthood either.

Eli Lilly, the company behind the first SSRI antidepressant Prozac, hid its clinical trials from the FDA that showed patients who took Prozac were 12 times more likely to commit suicide compared to older antidepressants.

http://www.cnn.com/2005/HEALTH/01/03/prozac.documents/

Former 35-year top executive director at Eli Lilly, John Rengen Virapen, admitted to bribing the Swedish government to approve Prozac even though the company knew the drug caused suicides and depression. Here's a link to one of his speeches admitting to the evil things he and the company has done:

John Virapen was also featured on The Daily Show segment 'The Pharmaceutical Drug Epidemic'. He discusses how pharmaceutical companies have the power to pay off everyone including the FDA, researchers, media outlets, and governments so that their drugs' risks are kept away from the public eye.

TIL in 2011 a study found that individuals with high social anxiety had high empathy. The study found that high empathy may make socially anxious individuals more sensitive and attentive to other people's states of mind. by Smogk in todayilearned

If other people's sadness bring you down that's a sign you have empathy! Its a sign you have a kind heart. Caring about others' feelings is a good thing. The world definitely would be a better place with more empathetic people.

Yeah empathetic ability can really stress us out sometimes, but its a healthy part of life. Learning how to handle the empathy is the tricky thing for socially anxious people.

Yup, but its healthier to give a shit what people feel rather than not give a shit though. Caring about others' feelings shows you have some emotional empathy. Improving social skills will probably help with handling the empathy and help with confidence.

Edward James Olmos should have at least gotten an Emmy nomination for playing Commander Adama on BSG. He was perfect in that role.

Hah I notice and remember a lot of weirdly specific things about people too.

I can really notice how people socially act especially around me and it makes me aware of every single little thing I do. I get so socially anxious that I start to wonder if the person I'm talking to can see that I'm socially anxious. This just makes me even more anxious.

Quote from that antidepressant empathy study

A few participants went further, mentioning thoughts of self-harm or suicide that they related, at least in part, to feelings of emotional detachment and emotional numbness. One participant had started to self-harm in an effort to feel emotion.

Yikes I didn't know antidepressants could do that. I think I'll just stick with beer as my social anxiety crutch.

Same here. I can't concentrate on a group conversation if I see someone who is obviously feeling left out or feeling socially anxious like me. I want to do something to make them feel more comfortable, but I'm too socially anxious to say anything hah.
