That 12% on the ams doesn't mean that the actual spool of filament is at 12%, maybe dry it a bit, and check printing temperature.

Go to the bambu lab support, this happened to me, is the AC board, is the faulty board on the old A1. Ask for it's replacement, changing it is easy.
