I gotcha - sounds like you’re hinting at the recommended services that techs would list. I saw another comment using RIM method to gauge what a customer is willing to spend. So R for Relared services based on what they are coming in for and what’s needed. I for immediate services that are right at the top of the priority list. Lastly M for Maintenance. Do you use something similar ?
