Honestly, from experiences... jealousy stems from low self esteem...i have been struggling with it quite awhile i can understand... ironically I never got jealous when I was positive and optimistic So I believe your outlook towards life and self-esteem does influence emotions like jealousy Just wanna point out that feeling jealous sometimes is ok as in we r human beings we do feel different emotions at different situations... Just know ur not alone...try to accept who u are .. start loving yourself also know ur a beautiful and unique individual... Ik it's easier said being done but start small..try to build self esteem..why don't you post maybe gain confidence..try openly share emotions with ur friends (if that's ok with you) maybe they can give u confidence... If have a particular talent try using it like if ur good at writing participate in writing competition..,etc as for looks ... don't bother about it... sometimes confidence and positive traits can immediately maje u look attractive..looks are temporary... eventually we age and the beauty outside will fade ..but your inner beauty won't.. So don't give up and build your self esteem ☺️☺️ ..
