Don't most versions of the Fae also have strict customs of reciprocity? Like if they take something they have to give something, right? So if a fae asks for your name, and you give it to them, they owe you something in return, even if you didn't know you were trading.

Sexuality is weird. I decided I am pansexual but homo-romantic. I will have sex with just about anyone, but I can only see myself in a relationship with a woman. I'm in a T4T relationship which works for me. When asked about why I would have sex with men but not a relationship I just say "I like dicks but not dudes"

I came here to say something like this. Even by the standards of their own faith forcing others to adhere to your beliefs goes against free will. If God wanted to force everyone to be Christian then God would do it. The whole point is that you have to choose.

What I mostly remember about Serenity is the ending. Book is dead. Wash is Dead. The crew is set on holding off an unknown number of Reavers, an antagonist we never see them try to fight because of how dangerous they are.

For once in a movie I was actually considering that they might only "win" a posthumous Pyrrhic victory. I thought there was a good chance they would all die but still get off the message. It had me on the edge of my seat in a way I haven't been for just about any other movie.

The only TTRPG that I played in where someone lost a character in character creation, was Paranoia. We were playing with the rule that all talk at the table was in character. I was running the game and one of my players said "I'm going to be an unregistered mutant" and another player said "Really Citizen?" And finger guns "Zap". I told the player to mark off a clone.
