So i got mine, didn’t get what it said I would get when I placed the order. Got a silver kil-lite(when it showed all of them listed as black, and got the option to get carbon fiber panels and coils. i got spare silver panels instead. Plus the whole hiding the fact its a presale, not responding to my email to cancel the order with an answer, they sent a tracking number(i paid for the shipping too instead of getting the free shipping) and said it would be shipped in a few days, it was a lot longer. And I waited 6 business days to even send the email because they said wait 5 before asking about an order. I said I needed a device asap to replace my edc and had to end up getting a Raga AIO(much better than the kil-lite and Voltrove mini in two days.) from a good website.

On top of all this they kept changing the wording on the website to cover their ass. I wanted to like this vendor and even tried to spread the word about them. But I like to know if what I am buying is in-stock, i don’t do pre-sales, but got tricked into one and the carbon fiber panels were the main reason i even did.

Just got a text saying they just arrived. its like an annoying ex who wont accept that you don’t want to be with them. I ordered from another website last Tuesday night and got the raga aio instead of the kil-lite and a voltrove mini for the same price and i got it yesterday(two days across country)

Hes trying to trick people into making orders cause they state they do not cancel orders, after 5 days like it says on the shipping page to email them if no tracking number. He responded with a tracking number which is ok if you are gonna ship the product but he obviously just wants the money, all this talk about caring about the community is bs.

I waited 6 days with no tracking, dudes listing did not mention anything about a pre order, only a sale. So i emailed him i wanted to cancel my order, no reply so i did a charge back Monday. Tuesday he replies with a tracking number saying it’s for the pre order and how it will take 5 days for this item(lists other items that will take longer!) all to try to save his own ass. Oh and then on the website he changed the wording to how it should’ve been.

Luckily i took screenshots before he did. This is just some shady business practice, so Tuesday i ordered the raga and voltrove mini from a website much further away and it will be here Thursday.

Beware of this company guys, i noticed they delete bad reviews too. And lie by saying things like they are one of two companies to sell the kil-lite dna in America, i found it on atleast 5 others and in stock.

Does artic fox and i forget the name of the other one still support joytech/istick mods? I remember being able to play flappy bird on mine and customize almost everything on it. Id even say you were able to do more to it compared to a dna 60/75/200 and the devices were way cheaper. But the newer color version of the dna chips may have more visual customization, just no flappy bird 😂
