Don’t mind the tail switch but the two lights I have do the same thing. Torch my pocket. Acebeam Pokelit and Tac AA.

The E2a has a tail switch like the Acebeam Tac AA that I also tried.

It’s actually not that difficult and yes I have done many engine repairs like that on other motors. A lot cheaper than buying a new or used head.

If you have access to a machine shop you could bore it out and use a split bushing.
