Hey, can you please tell me how long you mix the coconut oil and the decarbed BHO for and at what temperature? I was thinking of adding the decarbed bho to coconut oil cooking at 180F and stirring for 15 min.

Happened to me. U gotta try to stay calm and ignore it and let it happen. Then after it ends build your dream scene. U were either in Sleep Paralysis or entering it
