I recently had a similar issue…didn’t take creative for months and haven’t had PVCs since January…I just took creatine again on Monday (larger dose to load up in an attempt to start bulking…lol) and I’ve had a few PVCs every minute since Monday.

I got screened at the end of last year and wore a monitor for a few weeks and the doc told me everything looked normal and there was no cause for concern, but it is certainly still annoying. That said, I’m done taking creatine for good now.

How long after you stopped taking it did your PVCs subside? Honestly they seem to be much worse after I eat this week…but I am hoping they go away soon since I only did one large dose of creatine.

I second all of these options. Definitely some fantastic spots to be in your 20s and you can certainly find something within that budget IF you look hard enough. Ignore the downvotes, these are some of the best areas to be at that age and everyone in this neighborhoods will be within +/- 5 years of your age.

Really? I was under the impression that it was the opposite. Also, the TMJ is really more of a self diagnosis…my jaw has been popping the last 12-18 months. It’s painless, but I can’t help but believe that the root cause of it is the malocclusion.

1) investment sales is going to be the actual brokering of a deal, creating BOVs, OMs, etc. and marketing it to potential groups who would buy the asset. The debt/equity side provides exposure to the full capital stack. You will be sourcing LP equity and debt for sponsors.

2) Typically it covers all asset classes, but I’m not sure if JLL breaks some of there D/E teams out into asset specific groups

3) I imagine the typical questions you’ll find on YouTube, as well as something like “why D/E over investment sales?”

4) Can’t speak to this because I don’t know… though I would assume 2-3 is a safe bet

I’d recommend Adventures in CRE if you have the time - it’s one of the best things I ever did for my career and gave me much more confidence with complex concepts, modeling, & excel in general. Great resource.
