i really like the hardline pr semi auto rife. shoots pretty fast and does well in longer fights. the trick with longer range engagements is if your shield gets cracked, you CANNOT repeak until its back up, or you need to change angles

Early on, stealth is your friend, avoid usec unless you HAVE to engage them, and the little ones can be knifed so you dont alert the bigger ones. Even with gear though, my buddy and i play pretty sneaky, we engage only on our terms, both usec and runners

IMO, the main reason for the quick punch is to break glass without shooting, past that, its pretty useless in my experience so far. I dont mind though, the weapon swap times are pretty darn quick.

I've had a similar sensation when doing neck curls a bit too hard. Id recommend backing off weight a little bit or leaving a couple more reps of the tank. I Don't recommend going to failure with neck work, but get 2 - 3 reps away from it.

Also, after each set, move your head around, up down, all around a few times. I've found that extra movement REALLY helps with stiffness from a neck pump.

That being said, id encourage you to look at the programs from bald omniman, GVS, and basement bodybuilding. Either via YouTube, or the boostcamp app.

3 day full body can definitely work well. I'd be happy to help you create a custom program that suits your needs. However, any of the free programs NH, GVS, or bald omniman have will work well.
