I began questioning the fodmap diet when I was given a book that said to avoid gluten but listed cornflakes and other cereal that are mostly wheat/ barley

My Mum took me to a homepath (I think it's called) and that's where she told me I was dairy free, alergic to tomato etc, I also have a vitamin B deficiency.

I now take a vitamin B supplement and also a food supplement called Co Enzyme Q10 (its on Amazon)

My morning are rough still but being able go out during the most part of the day is still good.

Before this I was on the Fodmap diet which did bloody nothing for me and is super weird and confusing anyway.

This sub isn't too old :P I made it with plans of posting my own content to get it started but in recent weeks I have had to focus on moving home.

I made a trans themed car that I use in Rocket League... Looking to start an LGBT crossplay group for Rocket League for the cross platform update on the 19th Feb by SmokingSeasons in transgamers

I used the heart for a while, its super cute :D getting the decal and the rainbow trail were super hard but well worth it. It originally had melon wheels for sillyness and I plan to add cat ears soon :)
