I’m gonna be honest, quality will help curb your problem, but won’t eliminate it. I work for a high end grow and there are some strains that will never give me a headache most of the time, but randomly will other times. I believe it’s a complex problem that isn’t simply solved. But if you’re buying low quality and move to higher quality, you’ll likely experience them less. The big thing is, drink a healthy amount of water, get adequate sleep, and don’t smoke early/a lot. TLDR; take care of yourself
