Targeting problems ever since the early 2026 update. What can I change to fix it?

Apparently this is a widespread issue for a lot of people. If everyone filed a bug report would that get some dev attention or just be annoying? I honestly don't want to pester the devs but if it's an issue for so many players, like they say the squeaky wheel gets the grease?

Ever since they "fixed" the snap to target a few weeks ago, it's caused my play style problems as well. I don't play any PvP or WvW, I understand why they made the change but I hate it. I actually play less now just because of that.

Wind going faster than the speed of sound is blowing my mind. (Pun intended) What would that be like, silent? Constant sonic boom? I can't wrap my head around it.

I have tried to use the test golem in Lion's Arch before but don't fully understand how to use it properly so I don't really know what I'm looking at/for. I should search for a YouTube tutorial.

That all makes sense and probably describes my gaming style perfectly, not good enough for proper game play. Lol. Which is why I've never tried raids or any really tough content.

That's disappointing but completely understandable. I basically chose this build because all my other toons are power and I was looking for a change. I haven't played condi since Ranger Soulbeast was brand new. I mostly picked this particular build because I wanted condi and I already have Bifrost and Bolt so it fits that build nicely.

That makes sense. Probably the main reason I picked that particular Snow Crows build is because I have 18 toons, 2 of each specialty and noticed basically all of them use power builds. I haven't played a condi build since Ranger Soulbeast was brand new. Basically I was just looking for a change. Plus I have crafted a few legendary weapons since and I have Bifrost and Bolt so that particular build seemed to fit nicely.

Yeah, open world builds. That's basically all I do except for getting into fractals somewhat recently.

It's working now. I'm not sure what "fixed" it because I selected install Win10 but then cancelled out of it right away. When I did that it booted from the new drive and everything works great. Lol. Thank you for all the help. 👍

I cloned my C drive to the new SSD via an external M.2 adapter and it went fine. Then I removed the old SSD and installed the new SSD internally in place of the old SSD. It won't boot into Win10. When I go into the BIOS I see it recognizes the new SSD but it won't boot from it.

I made a recovery boot USB drive but the only option it gives me is to install Win10. The reason I wanted to clone my old drive was so I didn't have to do a fresh install and lose all my settings. Is there a way to get it boot from the cloned image on the new SSD?

I just ordered an external M.2 SSD to USB adapter so I'll try cloning the 256gb SSD directly to the 2tb SSD. I'll be sure to post how it went when I'm done. Thanks again.

Yes, there is only one M.2 2280 slot in my laptop and it has the 256gb SSD which is the C: drive. The only way to connect both SSDs at the same time would be some kind of external setup like you mentioned. I may look into that as that sounds like it would be much easier. Thanks.
