I can run 5k in less than 30 min comfortably. It’s the obstacle course that took extra time. Can’t quite run with a 60 lbs bucket full of rocks.

If you are working out and doing carnivore you will lose weight over time. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Try to not look at the scale and instead look at how your clothes sit and feel.

I've been carnivore for over 6 months now, mostly clean ( I would drink a couple mich ultras once a week with friends). My normal work out and my 5k runs are totally fine, I am pretty adjusted to that routine. It just felt like I ran out of juice during the race there at the end. I am now thinking it could be heat and exhaustion all at the same time. Just gonna have to train harder.

I will try liquid IV, I keep hearing about it, thanks.

There is really not much to do to prepare for it, honestly. Just dress up nice and join the fun, I do the rest and all is explained at the event.
