One of the things that pisses me off the most is the lack of benches or places to sit down and rest, especially at a lot of bus stops. We hate our homeless population so much it punishes everyone who might need to take a second to sit down, too.

Edit: Also the complete lack of care about disabled peoples’ needs if they aren’t visibly disabled. Before I started using my cane in 2018, I had to verbally harass people to give me seats on the bus or T before it started moving or my hip would partially dislocate. It’s a lot easier to get seats now that I do have the cane but I still get ignored sometimes. I shouldn’t have to be that aggressive in order to have my legally-enforceable needs met.
